Parmesan and herbs chicken breast.




I'm in a phase of light foods, preferably quick and easy. I suppose it have to do with the end of summer and some remnants of the holidays.


This goes very well with chicken sandwiches with tomatoes and arugula also red onions. Another good option is to serve it as an appetizer on a lazy Saturday. This crunchy crust cheese is wonderful and will not stop eating, addictive. Hope you enjoy



Ingredients




  • 400 g chicken breast
  • Salt and pepper
  • 300 g grated Parmesan 
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons Provance  herbs.

Method:

  • Cut the breast into strips (4 cm wide) or use the ones already packed. Seasoned with salt and pepper
  • Mix the milk with the egg white
  • Mix the herbs with  grated cheese
  • Pass strips  by  the mixing milk egg white and then on the grated cheese, pressing well with your the palm of your head
  • Heats a pan and bring to the strip . Browned on both sides.
  • Serve immediately
