Do you like creamily desserts? I do

Yesterday I stopped in the market and I bought, for impulse, I have much of that, mascarpone cheese This very creamy and delicious cheese is native from the area of Lombardy, in Italy and it is gotten with cows (fed with a special portion of grass and flowers) mixing milk whit a solution of tartaric acid. I been tasted the Italian cheese and the Argentinean is very good too.. After dinner, yesterday, my husband asked me _ "What for dessert, honey?" I look surprised at him .He never eat dessert after dinner, unless a banana pure with orange juice and honey must be call dessert. And I answered -“nothing, honey” with the most innocent face in the world, And I though maybe if a make a dessert whit mascarpone, but which?

And I didn’t want to make tiramisu. I was continuous thinking how to make with my mascarpone. I gone at Orchidea’s blog (Viaggi e sapori) and I found these fantastic recipe and I asked her if it could use mascarpone substituting cream, she told me that yes, since, I only used two tablespoons. I made the dish and was wonderful, but the cheese had been. Talking with Daniel I have the idea that make a dessert
