Creamy Corn Cake

This is an excellent and very simple cake and very easy to made. Reminds me to my childhood, in the house of my friends, in the time that Studied in first grade. It is ideal for the coffee or the tea. Their particularity is that it forms the filler and has a crispy layer

Creamy Corn Cake

2 Tablespoons of butter

3 Cups milk

1 Cup orange juice

2 spoonfuls full with of flour

1 Tablespoon baking power

3 eggs

60 g of grated (use cheese fairly parked sardo, but it can also be with Parmesan) cheese

1 cup corn flour or polenta

2 1/2 cups sugar

Mix everything in a blender and Put in an cake tin anointed with shortening

The particularity is that the mass is well it liquid, but it is that way that has to be

This looks lovely. I've never used polenta in a cake but I must try!
