Mandolin Slicer


I am very happy today my husband present me a professional mandolina ,and a blowtorch, then I make my cream bruleé that I adore and the lemon pie with meringue

Hello Sylvia, You have such a fantastic blog! I LOVE your beautiful Kitchen and homewares. Besides good food, I simply ADORE kitchen and homewares! I don't have a mandolin because I enjoy my global knives too much HA!HA! I have a blow torch that I use to caramelise my creme brulee too ( which happens to be one of my favourite desserts) I will visit you again!
