Almond and chocolate Cookies

The Autumn has of these things . One day is pleasant pretty, other is pretty cold. Yesterday it was one day of these. Shining blue sky, but 7 degrees out there and a cutting wind. To leave shopping, never, overloaded cinemas. Go to drink a coffee with pie (the last time I order a chocolate mousse pie ,but was a mousse of full gelatin chocolate, no way!!!) and still to pay parking. In addition Sunday afternoon never has much to do .I´ll wanted to make biscuits homemade like these. Normally I use oranges, but I decided to innovate and to make them with almonds. They had been good, crispies and flavorful.
Almond and chocolate Cookies # 180 gr. wheat flour # 100 gr. confectioner sugar # 100 gr. almond flour # 170 gr. butter # ½ coffee spoon of salt # ½ spoon of tea of almond essence. # 120 gr. of chocolate half bitter taste Directions Directions Pre heat the oven at minimum. In a mix, combine the butter, sugar and the almond flour, and the others ingredients, and beat until it is smooth.Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes. Cut the dough logs into 1/2 slices (They look small but will expand in size in the oven).Place the cookies 2 1/2 inches apart on the prepared sheets and bake for about 12 minutes until the centers no longer look wet. Cool on a wire rack. Melt the chocolate in bain marie and decorated the cookies
