On the beach. Light recipes

On Easter we take a rest and spend a week at the beach in Pinamar. The beaches here are far from Buenos Aires, at about 370. km the nearest.

So we decided to hit the road and relax. The city was full of life, but despite the cold wind, the days were perfect, sunny and blue. And, of course, we eat lots of fish and seafood.

Provence style squid

We used to take walks alongside the beach. As the wind beat cool the days were not very propitious for swimming

Back home I made this parmesan panacotta  that was delicious. And taking advantage of the still pleasant autumn days,we lunch during the weekend out on the patio.

Delicious bruschettas with scented rhum pears rum with blue cheese, leaves and prosciutto.

 Parmesan Panacotta

  • 200 g of blue cheese
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rhum
  • 1 cup sugar

  • mix leaves
  • Olive oil

Method :

Tus recetas son demasiado simples, no me apetecen y tus fotos aparentan ser buenas, per son muy malas, malos colores y malas tomas.Lo lamento , pero seria mejor que te dedicaras a otra cosa.Saludos
