I love  holidays, are just time for a short break out thought  the year, more time in family, to provide those recipes that longer we will wanted to try And also, for some things that are delayed, such as mowing the lawn : (
We, also have time  to make a good breakfast and ,stay a while ,reading the newspaper or a book and  the most important, enjoying the day in family.

Here, at our home ,we love fruits, bananas are one of our favorite and obiously ,dulce de leche. I had thought about baking something with apples, but, watching how the bananas were getting very ripe,  I changed  my mind and bake this dulce de leche banana bread .
Hope you like it!!!
