Easy , quick and inexpensive . Honey cinnamon coffe cake (Eggless)

Honey coffee cake (Eggless)
I have attempted to reorganize my folders and paper recipes a long time; despite my efforts I never had been able to keep it in order. I start yesterday morning with all my best intentions, but I don’t know if I can ever get this completed. But I have been trying. And you know why this happens? Because I started to read recipes… and you know, time flies….. Concluding: I never end the task and I'm beginning to see that it's going to be impossible. An old handwritten paper attracts my attention, was an old recipe that I couldn’t recognize the writing, but the recipe seems nice. As I always have honey in my pantry (my husband, love it) I decided to try it. In fact is very good and spicy and the most important easy

  • 3 Tablespoon butter (room temperature)
  • Pinch of salt

Pour the baking soda into the milk Add flour to the butter mix, alternating with milk and baking soda pour the baking soda and mix well. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top Beat about 50 to 60 minutes, or until cake turns golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Topping
