Tea Talk


Yesterday looking at some things in i fresh market discovered Inés Bertón's blends, I already knew them for her cooperation in Inti Zen's teas ,a pretty good bag teas. At the age of 21 she travelled to New York in search of her destiny. There she found “The T Emporium”, a tea house located under the Guggenheim MuseumNew York seemed both calm and attractive, but Inés felt the need to go further and give shape to her own enterprise and so she launched Tealosophy, where she has already prepared more than 40 different mixtures for menues of important hotels and restaurants

Inés Bertón's tips to make a good tea


· 20 cl wather at 85º C (more coldest than black tea)

· Calculate 5 g tea per cup

· Rest the infusion for 3 minutes.
