On Easter we take a rest and spend a week at the beach in Pinamar. The beaches here are far from Buenos Aires, at about 370. km the nearest.
So we decided to hit the road and relax. The city was full of life, but despite the cold wind, the days were perfect, sunny and blue. And, of course, we eat lots of fish and seafood.
Back home I made this parmesan panacotta that was delicious. And taking advantage of the still pleasant autumn days,we lunch during the weekend out on the patio.
Delicious bruschettas with scented rhum pears rum with blue cheese, leaves and prosciutto.
Provence style squid
We used to take walks alongside the beach. As the wind beat cool the days were not very propitious for swimming
